Construction is underway on Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines’ new corporate headquarters building in Miami, FL.

This $300 million, 350,000 square foot building designed by HOK will mimic the lines and flow of a Royal Caribbean cruise ship. The new project will offer new green spaces, terraces, and a new parking garage that will feature a basketball court, soccer field, and running track on top. It will also feature electric car chargers, a green roof, solar power, rainwater collectors, recreational spaces and a fitness center for employees. RCL Chairman and CEO referred to this latest project at the port “Miami’s first true corporate campus,” and said the green space will aid in collaboration and promote wellness.
